The Autobiography of Justin Bodhi

A Mission to Help Humanity

“I believe how I have lived and what I have learned might help other people. My goal is to simply share my personal story through the eyes of a young person who was raised in such a way, and who became a teenager during a time of global crisis. There seems to be a lot of fear and division in the world, and it is my hope to help in whatever way I can. If my story inspires just one person or one family, then I feel complete.” - Justin Bodhi

ABOUT JUSTIN

Justin Bodhi Steigmeier was a wholesome, creative, and deeply loving soul who lived life fully with a true appreciation for every moment. He was the only child of Melanie Ryan and Andy Steigmeier. Justin lived with integrity, humility, compassion, and wisdom far beyond his years. He passed suddenly in December of 2023 from an asymptomatic abdominal aortic aneurysm at the age of 15. His bright spirit continues to guide the mission of Ancient Wisdom Today, Inc.

Justin grew up outside the mainstream system, nurtured by small community and the freedom of a homeschooled education. He started in Montessori schools and briefly tried public school for three months, but quickly realized it was not the right fit. Justin preferred being homeschooled and felt safe in the closeness of his family and a small community. Justin dedicated his time to learning ancient wisdom from his parents and many master teachers.

Justin’s short life was filled with remarkable achievements and a dedication to helping others. As a Taekwondo Teacher, he earned his second-degree black belt, became a two-time state champion, and served as a dedicated Taekwondo teacher. He even traveled to South Korea to train in this discipline.

Justin was also an Eagle Scout candidate in the Boy Scouts and a wilderness skills leader. He was profoundly connected to nature and learned to live as one with the Earth. Because of the wisdom that surrounded him, Justin was very confident and connected to the natural world. He lived in peace and harmony.

As a mature teenager, Justin loved philosophy and ancient wisdom traditions. He even traveled to Greece to train in ancient healing art of dream incubation. Justin’s wise and playful presence is deeply missed by all who knew him. However, before he departed, he wrote an extraordinary autobiography detailing how he lived and the profound lessons he learned. Justin’s ultimate goal was to help others, and his book stands as a powerful tool to help elevate the consciousness of anyone who reads it. Through his words and his loving spirit, Justin’s mission to teach and inspire others lives on.
