Using archetypal therapy, you will meditate with a divine mother energy that resonates for you, whether that is Mother Earth, Mother Mary, or your own unique Mother archetype that represents the power of love and wisdom. We will focus on infusing ourselves with love and healing the wounds of abandonment, neglect, and narcissism. We will work on developing compassion, forgiveness, and a capacity to love yourself and others deeply.
