The Golden Shadow Method
The Golden Shadow Method founded by Melanie Ryan, is a path of awakening your full human potential. It holds the belief that you are inherently good, wise, loving and creative. Golden Shadow trainings bring out the best of you. Using ancient wisdom traditions, you are guided to your own sources of wisdom and intuition, while unlocking your ability to heal and achieve higher states of consciousness. We assist you in letting go of the emotional, mental, and physical toxins, that block you. The method purifies negative energies hidden in the unconscious that cause disease. Golden Shadow trainings are inspired by Jungian psychology, eastern philosophy, metaphysics, and the ancestral wisdom of native people around the world.
Moving Beyond Pain
Moving Beyond Pain, founded by Andy Steigmeier, is an integrative approach for treating acute and chronic pain. It refers to a state of life beyond the limitations and challenges imposed by pain, focusing on strategies and natural approaches to help individuals find relief, gain control, become stronger, and live a pain-free meaningful life without the need for drugs or surgery. Andy provides gentle hands on therapeutic bodywork techniques with strength and conditioning exercises to bring your body back into balance. He treats a wide range of people and teaches natural ways to heal and move beyond pain.
Wilderness Skills
It is vital for our health and happiness that we return to nature and become caretakers of the Earth. All sentient beings are interconnected and share a life force that is sacred. When we disconnect from the web of life, and our true nature, disease will manifest. Andy and Melanie provide classes for adults, families and children. We offer nature-based programs that share the wisdom of our ancestors. These include: fire-making, shelter building, tracking, awareness, archery, philosophy, sweat lodge, ceremonies, vision questing, plant ID, herbalism, and organic gardening.

In Memory of Justin Bodhi Steigmeier
June 30, 2008 – December 19, 2023
Justin was the only child of Melanie and Andy. He was 15 years old when he passed away suddenly of an aneurysm, a shocking event that sent Melanie and Andy on a spiritual journey beyond their imagination. Melanie and Andy were devoted homeschooling parents who shaped Justin into a well-respected leader. Justin was a 2nd degree black belt in Taekwondo, a two-time gold medalist, state champion and Taekwondo instructor. He was an Eagle Scout Candidate and a Teen Leader in his wilderness survival school. Justin was well accomplished in many areas, yet he was humble. He was a wise old soul and, in many ways, a spiritual teacher for Melanie and Andy.
During the final two years of his life, Justin wrote an autobiography. Coming soon.
