New Year Silent Meditation Retreat
with Melanie Ryan
Saturday, January 11th 2020
Begin your new year with this mini retreat to rest and restore your mind and body.
Meditation is incubating. Like nature and the animals, at this time of year we need to hibernate. When we slow down and move to the rhythm of nature, we restore health and balance. We can also experience great creative potential. Come to rest, unwind, calm the mind, body, and soul.
In this retreat, we will practice sitting and walking meditations as well as journal writing. Meditation instruction provided. Bring healthy snacks, lunch and water bottle. Dress comfortably.
All levels welcome.
