This six-week workshop style course will be based upon Part 2 of the book “HOW TO MEDITATE,” by Ani Pema Chödron, Dealing with Difficult Emotions, Part 2 takes us deeper into the mental and emotional states and how we can keep a stable mind while difficult emotions arise and dissolve. We learn to work with our emotions, the energy and sensations of them instead of getting hooked by them and controlled by them. It will consist of guided meditation instruction, practice, presentations, questions and discussion.
