How to Meditate, Working with Emotions

In this course we will work with stabilizing the mind, developing mental strength and clarity while also cultivating a loving and kind approach toward ourselves and our emotions.
We will work with becoming more intimate with our emotions, leaning in to them and deepening our ability to be present with gentleness, kindness and an open heart. It is in this process that we become fearless.
In this workshop style class, we will practice meditation together, receive meditation instruction, discuss our experiences and have Q&A share time.
This is a small and intimate class limited to 8 students for personal attention.

Melanie Ryan is a holistic psychotherapist authorized to teach Buddhist meditation in the Shambhala tradition founded by Tibetan master Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.
